WorkOut Meal Plan

Meal Planning is very important when it comes to fitness. I thought exercising alone would bring results, but I quickly learned that nutrition plays a huge role. My beginner workouts felt more effective when I fueled my body properly.

I focused on creating a balanced meal plan that supported my strength training. Eating lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs gave me the energy I needed to power through each workout. I found that proper nutrition not only improved my performance but also sped up my recovery.
