When I started strength training, I didn’t know what to expect. At first, the weights felt heavy, and I was unsure of my form. However, as I stuck with it, strength training became my favorite part of fitness. I noticed that it wasn’t just about building muscle—it made me feel empowered.

I began with beginner workouts, using lighter weights and focusing on proper technique. Over time, I increased my weight, which boosted my confidence. Each session made me stronger, both physically and mentally. I felt accomplished every time I lifted heavier or completed more reps.

Alongside strength training, I paid close attention to my workout meal plan. Eating the right foods before and after workouts helped fuel my body and aid recovery. I made sure to include plenty of lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs. This combination of training and nutrition gave me more energy and faster results.

Strength training has been transformative for me. It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey of discipline and growth. With consistency, I saw changes in my body and mindset. I truly believe that anyone can benefit from strength training, no matter their fitness level.
