Beginner Workouts
Initially, when I was first introduced to the fitness journey, I kept it simple. I didn’t want to dive into complicated routines. Exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups helped me ease into strength training without feeling overwhelmed.
As I got stronger, I slowly added weights to my routine. Strength training gave me a sense of accomplishment and built my confidence. I realized that progress doesn’t happen overnight, but every small step matters.
To support my workouts, I focused on a balanced meal plan. I made sure to fuel my body with the right foods, which kept me energized and helped with my recovery. It wasn’t about strict dieting, but about nourishing my body to get the best results.
For anyone starting out, remember that beginner workouts are a great foundation. They set you up for long-term success, and with time, you’ll see amazing progress. Just stay consistent and trust the process.
